1. What HealthNaro is

HealthNaro is a directory of healthcare clinics and practitioners and a consulting service that helps people find a suitable clinic.

HealthNaro is not a clinic, hospital, medical practice or healthcare provider. We do not provide, arrange or supervise medical care, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider you contact through the site.

2. The consulting service is free and non-medical

Our consulting service helps you describe what you need, find clinics that match it and get in touch with them. It is free of charge to clients. We do not sell anything to clients and no refund policy is needed; if that ever changes, these terms and a refund policy will be published before any charge is made.

The service is not medical advice. Our team does not diagnose, treat, recommend treatments or judge clinical quality. We help you find a clinic that offers the type of care you asked about in the place you asked about; the choice, and the care, are between you and the clinic. We never describe a clinic as the best.

3. Not medical advice; emergencies

Everything on HealthNaro, including health guides, topics and blog posts, is general information. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional who knows your situation. 4. Accuracy of directory information

We work to keep information accurate and show the source and verification level of every profile, but we cannot promise that every detail is current. Verification labels describe what HealthNaro has checked, not clinical quality. Confirm important details, including prices, insurance acceptance and opening hours, with the provider before you rely on them.

5. Using the site

You may use HealthNaro for personal, non-commercial purposes and, as a provider, to manage your own listing. You must not scrape or copy the directory, send unsolicited messages through our forms, impersonate anyone, post unlawful or misleading content, interfere with the service or try to access other people's data. We may limit or block access to protect the service.

6. Providers

Providers who register, claim or manage a listing also agree to the Listing and Provider Policy, the Verification Policy and, if they buy placement, the Advertising and Sponsored Listings Policy. Providers must supply accurate information, hold the registrations and qualifications they state, and keep their listing up to date. Claiming a listing you are not authorised to manage is prohibited. We may edit, suspend or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or in breach of these terms.

7. Sponsored placement and featured blocks

Sponsored placement is paid advertising. It is always labelled "Sponsored", never changes the order of organic results and never changes a verification level. Featured blocks are editorial selections labelled with their criteria and date and are not paid. Neither is an endorsement or a statement about clinical quality.

8. Content and intellectual property

HealthNaro's text, design and data compilation belong to HealthNaro or its licensors. Provider-supplied text and images remain the provider's; by submitting them the provider grants HealthNaro a licence to display them on the site and in its listings. HealthNaro does not display third-party review text, ratings or review counts. Image licences are recorded in our image register.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, HealthNaro is not liable for the acts or omissions of any healthcare provider, for the outcome of any treatment, for decisions you make based on directory information or on our consulting suggestions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under consumer protection law in your country.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.

11. Changes, governing law and contact
