HealthNaro works with organisations that share our aim of making accurate healthcare information easy to find. We are a directory, and partnership means working together on information and access, not on patient referrals for payment.

Who we partner with

• Professional bodies and regulators interested in showing registration status to patients. Where a public register exists, we can link to it and record the date a listing was checked against it.
• Hospital groups and clinic networks that want every location listed accurately and kept up to date from a single dashboard, with each location reviewed before it is published.
• Insurers and health schemes that want members to find providers. We show insurance information only where a provider or insurer has supplied it with a source, and we never imply cover that has not been confirmed.
• Health information publishers who can contribute educational material. Content we publish names its sources and is dated, and we do not claim clinical review unless a named professional has carried it out.
• Community and patient organisations who can tell us what information people need and where listings are missing or wrong.

What a partnership can involve

Typical arrangements include accurate listing data for a network, links to official registers, joint corrections of incorrect information, translated interface text, and contributions to guides and health topic pages. Each is agreed in writing and described on this site where it affects what visitors see.

What partnership is not

We do not sell patient data and we do not sell requests as leads. Partners cannot change organic search ordering or buy a verification label, which is earned only through the steps in our verification policy. We do not describe any partner's providers as better than others. Paid visibility is handled separately as labelled sponsored placement under the advertising policy.

How to start

Tell us about your organisation through the contact form. Say who you are, which countries and specialties you cover and what you would like to achieve. We will reply by email, and we may ask for documents that show your organisation's status before any public mention. If you are a single clinic or practitioner, you do not need a partnership: you can list your practice for free.
