How verification works
Four levels, shown on every profile. Payment never changes a level; only checks do.

Level 1
Public listing
The starting point for profiles built from public sources. Nothing has been confirmed yet and the profile says so.

Level 2
Contact verified
After your claim is approved, you confirm the email address and phone number on the profile. The level is then set automatically.

Reviewed by HealthNaro
A member of our team reviews the whole profile for accuracy and completeness against your submission and public information.

Level 4
Credentials verified
You submit registration or qualification documents, or we check a public professional register. The date of the check is displayed on the profile.
How it works
- Create a free provider account and confirm your email address.
- Register a new clinic or practitioner profile, or claim one that is already listed.
- Our team reviews what you sent, usually within a few working days. Nothing is published before approval.
- We email you the decision. Approved profiles appear in your dashboard, where you can propose further changes.
What we never do
- Sell position in organic results. Search and browse ordering is based on relevance, location and verification, never on payment.
- Invent reviews, ratings or credentials. We show a field only when we have data for it and we never call any provider the best.
- Share patient inquiries without consent. Each inquiry carries a recorded consent before it reaches you.
- Hide sponsorship. Featured placement is always marked as sponsored, in listings and on profiles.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a listing cost?
Nothing. Standard listings are free for clinics and individual practitioners. Optional featured placement is a separate product and is always labelled as sponsored.
My clinic already appears on HealthNaro. What should I do?
Use the claim form. We confirm that you are entitled to manage the profile, usually by contacting the clinic through its published details, and then link it to your account.
When do my changes appear on the site?
Only after a HealthNaro administrator has approved them. Registrations, claims, change requests and photos are all reviewed first, and you receive an email with every decision.
Does paying for featured placement improve my verification level or ranking?
No. Verification reflects what has been checked, and organic results are ordered without regard to payment. Featured profiles appear in clearly labelled sponsored slots.
What happens when a patient sends an inquiry?
HealthNaro talks to the patient first. We pass on an inquiry only with the patient's recorded consent, and you see only the details they agreed to share, in your dashboard.
Can I remove my profile or my account?
Yes. Ask us to unpublish a profile through the contact page, and request deletion of your account from the Account page of your dashboard.
