Is HealthNaro free to use?

Yes. Searching, reading profiles and sending inquiries is free for patients.

Does HealthNaro recommend the best clinic?

No. We do not rank providers by quality and we do not describe any provider as the best. Results are ordered by relevance to your search and, where available, distance. Sponsored results are clearly labelled.

What does "verified" mean?

Each profile shows a verification level explaining exactly what has been checked: contact details, a review by our team, or professional credentials. A profile can be published without being fully verified; the label tells you which applies.

What happens to my information when I send an inquiry?

We store your inquiry securely and share only the details you agreed to share with the provider you selected or, if you asked us to suggest providers, with providers you approve. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods and your rights.

Can I book an appointment on HealthNaro?

Not yet. You can contact providers directly or send an inquiry. Appointment booking is a planned feature and will only appear once it is live.

How much does a listing cost?

A standard profile is free. Optional featured placement is a paid product, labelled as sponsored, and does not affect verification status or organic ordering.

How do I claim my clinic's profile?

Open the profile and choose "Claim this profile". You will be asked to create an account and tell us your role at the practice. We verify claims before granting access.

Can I remove a profile?

Yes. Use the claim or report tools, or contact us, and we will review the request.
