How consent works
When you first visit healthnaro.com a cookie banner offers three choices: accept all, reject non-essential, or choose. Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you choose. Analytics cookies, and the Google Analytics script itself, load only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, and the change takes effect immediately. We record your choice in a cookie so the banner does not reappear on every page.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.
Cookies we set
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| hn_session | Strictly necessary | Keeps a provider or administrator signed in | 14 days |
| hn_csrf | Strictly necessary | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery | Browser session |
Strictly necessary cookies do not need consent because the site cannot work without them. They hold no personal information beyond a random session identifier.
Analytics cookies (only after consent)
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|
Analytics never receives anything you type into a form: no names, contact details, messages or reference codes. We use the counts to see which pages help people find a clinic. Google LLC processes this data in the United States; see the Privacy Policy for transfers. If you decline, nothing is sent to Google and the site works in exactly the same way.
Other storage
Where a page remembers a filter or a collapsed section in your browser's local storage, that information stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop providers from signing in and may stop forms from submitting.
